Weekly Update: Cafe Cutie

Sadly, I was only able to buy the ring from this weeks late update. However, I was really ecstatic about how well this outfit was put together. I love the turquoise accessories (especially since turquoise is my favorite color) and the only draw back to this week's update was the prices of the gem items.

This week's outfit shows that Team Lava can do better then they have been and I hope it is an indication that we will be getting some better updates, though I can't be sure. One of the best things about it to me is that as a catalog item it is available to the lower level players unlike most of the more recent updates.

Though it was late it was worth it as this outfit is among the top 3 of updates TL has put out in 2014 so far in my opinion... What do Y'all think? ~ Sky's Limit

Weekly Update: Sunday Sweetie

This week's update was ok... Not great but not bad either, which is more than I can say for some of the former updates. 

All the items except the shirt cost gems and honestly I am not sure what to make of the outfit as a whole. The shirt doesn't really match any other part of the outfit.

Fashionista O' March: moynistwo

On February 22 moyistwo turned in her first outfit along with most of the other 15 contestants. Eventually she won the contest by 4 points and won the Title of Fashionista O' March (2014)! I know I am really late in posting this but it has been a crazy last few weeks.

Weekly Closet Update: Earth Explorer

I think the outfit is ok, though I' not sure I would have put it together. In my outfit I only used the top because everything else cost gems which I don't spend very often. This outfit is very cute and practical which I like. Though I'm not sure the shoes, handbag and bracelet really match the top, they are all very cute and I can see those of my Fashion Story friends who use their gems on clothes buying these items.

This would have been an awesome outfit with a few improvements to have released this last fall. Overall, TL did better than last week. I wonder what I'll be saying next week.... ~ Sky's Limit

Weekly Closet Update: Fool's Fashion

Fool's Fashion is right! Honestly Team Lava? Is this the best you can come up with for April Fools Day? This week I decided to not even buy any of the cloth items or model them in an outfit. This is just ugh!

Everything is (in my opinion) utterly useless, so don't buy it. Next week better be at least reasonable... If not for the newer players, than for those of us who Know you can do better.
